New Distributor Sign-up Information:
To enroll a new XanGo distributor, you can choose any of the following methods:
1. Fill out a distributor application and fax to customer service. If you don’t have an application, you can download the form by following these instructions:
- Go to www.myxango.com.au
- Enter your Distributor ID and Password
- Select “Company Forms”
- Select PDF file under “English”
- Print the form
- Fax the completed distributor application to: 1-800-008-286
2. Sign-up a new distributor online
- Go to www.myxango.com.au
- Enter your Distributor ID and Password
- Select “Sponsor New”
- Select the region where your new distributor is located
- Complete the online distributor application
3. Sign up a new distributor over the phone
- Have new distributor present
- Call Customer Service at 1.800.010.524
- Follow instructions from Customer Service agent
Commission Payment Information:
Commission payments are made via direct deposit in Australian Dollars to all who have submitted their bank information to XanGo. You can find the appropriate forms by logging into your account and selecting “Company Forms”.
- This will make commission funds available in your bank account within two to four days from the time they are sent.
- PowerStart is sent each Friday (for previous week’s commissions)
- Unilevel is sent on the 20th of each month for the previous months' commission

Returns:
Call Customer Service at 1.800.010.524 to confirm and authorize any return. Customer Service will provide an RMA# and help you through the process. The order will be refunded 90% if it was refused and 100% if it was damaged or could not be delivered because of the address.

How to get a corporate representative to speak in your area:

- Select “Upcoming Meetings”
- Follow the instructions in the second paragraph:
“If you’re interested in bringing a corporate meeting to your area, please click here to to fill out our online Meeting Request form, or click here to download a PDF of the form. You can print the form, fill it out, then fax it to the number on the form.”
