That knowledge and your passion are what fuel the new and innovative XANGO iMPACT recognition program.
Here’s how it works:
Personal monthly volume (PV) is combined with all of your personally sponsored Customer volume each month.* This volume combined is called iVolume. If your iVolume is 500 or greater, we’ll recognize you as an i500. If your iVolume is 1000 or greater, we’ll recognize you as an i1000. And now, if your iVolume is 2500 or greater we’ll recognize you as an i2500.
Here’s what the recognition looks like:
The first month you achieve any level, XANGO will send you the custom i500, i1000 or i2500 pin.
In addition, for each month you achieve i500, i1000, or i2500 your name will be listed in the recognition pages of xango.com** and you may be recognized at local training and/or opportunity meetings that you attend.
Wear your XANGO iMPACT pin proudly when you qualify! We want everyone to know about the bold strides you’re taking. By qualifying as an i500, i1000, or i2500 you reaffirm your commitment to success with XANGO.
You are able to view the XANGO iMPACT total for you and your downline by adding the XANGO iMPACT column to your Downline Report in the MYXANGO back office. Another report coming will help you quickly identify people in your downline who are close to qualification.
*Volumes are calculated using Distributor and Customer commissionable volume. Commissionable volume stays on a Customer’s account even if you move the qualifying volume using the Customer Volume Transfer Tool in the MYXANGO back office. Moving the qualifying volume from a Customer account will not affect your XANGO iMPACT total. Personally sponsored customer volume must be greater that zero to have impact volume.
**iMPACT numbers will be posted by the 15th of each month.
